The training and the CPD courses are offered by Think Plus Academy Sdn Bhd. Certification programmes run under ISO/IEC 17024, the international standard for bodies that certify persons rather than products or systems.

The academy is its own registered entity within the Think Plus Group, alongside Think Plus Consulting Sdn Bhd, which handles documents and visas, and Agensi Pekerjaan Think Plus Sdn Bhd, which handles talent sourcing.
