Visas
Visa processing and the missions we submit to
We prepare and submit visa applications at the missions below, and we legalise the documents those applications depend on. The directory is here because people ask us where each mission is before they ask us anything else.
Countries we work on
We submit visa applications at these embassies in Kuala Lumpur, and we legalise documents for all of them. The United Arab Emirates is the exception: for the UAE we handle the documentation, because the visa itself is issued from the UAE side.

The missions, and where they actually are
Addresses come from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs eProtocol directory. Note that Qatar sits in Putrajaya, not Kuala Lumpur, which catches people out.
The last column matters more than it looks. Several of these countries are Apostille Convention parties, which leads people to assume an apostille will do. It will not, because the Convention only operates between two parties and Malaysia is not one. Whatever the column says, a Malaysian document carries consular legalisation.
| Country | Mission | Address | Apostille status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia | Level 33, Tower B, Kompleks Pavilion Embassy, No. 200 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur | Convention party since 7 Dec 2022 |
| United Arab Emirates | Embassy of the United Arab Emirates | No. 1, Gerbang Ampang Hilir, off Persiaran Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur | Not a party |
| Qatar | Embassy of the State of Qatar | Lot 725, Jalan Diplomatik 2/6, Precinct 15, 62050 Putrajaya | Not a party |
| Kuwait | Embassy of the State of Kuwait | 229 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur | Not a party |
| Oman | Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman | No. 17, Jalan Kedondong, off Jalan Ampang Hilir, 55000 Kuala Lumpur | Convention party since 30 Jan 2012 |

The documents behind the visa
A visa application is usually only as good as the documents supporting it. Those documents follow the Malaysian legalisation chain and finish at the same embassy. Malaysia does not issue apostilles, so this chain is the route rather than a shortcut around it.
- 01
Issuing authority or notary public
The document is verified at source, or certified as a true copy by a notary public.
- 02
The relevant ministry
Education certificates go through the education authorities. Other documents go through the ministry that governs them.
- 03
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The consular division at Wisma Putra in Putrajaya legalises the document for use abroad.
- 04
The destination embassy
The embassy or consulate of the destination country adds the final stamp. Most sit in Kuala Lumpur, a few in Putrajaya.
What we need to quote
The destination, the visa category, and scans of the documents you already hold. Requirements and fees differ by country, by visa category and often by employer, and they change without much notice, so we confirm the current requirement for your case rather than publishing a list that could be out of date by the time you read it.
How a job starts
- An initial consultation on what your document and destination actually require
- Confirmation of which steps apply and what each one costs
- Submission on your behalf at each counter
- Return of the completed attested or stamped document to you
Questions
Which countries can you process visas for?
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. For the United Arab Emirates we handle the document attestation rather than the visa, because the UAE visa is issued from their side.
My destination is not on your list. Can you still help?
Often yes, for the document legalisation side. Attestation covers many more countries than visa processing does, so send us the details.
Do you publish visa fees?
No. Fees and requirements differ by country, category and employer, and they change. We confirm the current position for your case before anything is submitted.
Can you handle applications for a whole team?
Yes. Employers and agencies use us for staff documents and visas in batches.
